COURSE OBJECTIVES
INTRODUCTORY WINE COURSE
You will learn:
Throughout each section of the course and at the finish, you will be presented with a series of questions to test learning and assess understanding of each wine aspect, so you can apply this introductory wine knowledge.
- wine history and basic wine terminology
- how wine is produced, taste & assess wine, detect flaws, handle and store wine
- become familiar with the most common grape varieties served in bars, restaurants or found in wine stores.

Successful wine scholars will be issued a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.
